As we searched, we ended finding out that AMW Cooling and Heating, LLC was rated #2 on the top 10 list per CHAT GPT based on ratings. At this point we were without AC for a day already and just went out on a limb. Fortunately for us, we made the right decision going with AMW. They were wonderful from the start. They are so professional, fast, efficient and very economical!! Just what we needed as a family of 5! They not only do excellent work, but guarantee their work for at least a year and did a thorough follow up as part of their service! We haven’t had any issues since they’ve repaired things! Thank you all! Joshua with AMW just left. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually show me what the issue was instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship and genuinely cares about helping people. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale, he was honest, straightforward, and explained everything clearly. That kind of service is hard to find these days. We will definitely be using AMW again in the future. I just wish we could have met under better circumstances where it could have been a “little cooler”!😂

I used AMW for cleaning my dryer vent. The service was excellent! He even returned a second time to replace a worn piece, without charge. He was thorough and honest. He even helped us with an unrelated item that will need roofing attention. I highly recommend! We will be using AMW for future service.
