Was very happy with AMW Cooling and Heating. I was able to quickly get an appointment and was very pleased with how thorough Josh was when servicing the unit. Asked if I wanted him to do the repairs before doing them. And I appreciated that he explained what the issue was and how he would do the repairs first. By the way the issue was fixed. I highly recommend AMW for any air con or heating issues you might have.

Josh (owner of AMW) is, without a doubt, the best A/C technician in Texas. I reached out to five different companies, all of which tried to overcharge me. When I found Josh, I expected the same, but his pricing was significantly lower than the competition. At first, I worried that a lower price might mean lower quality work—after all, you usually get what you pay for. But with Josh, that wasn’t the case at all. He went above and beyond. The unit he installed is not only better than my last one, but the installation itself was done with precision and care. Called him for the clunking of my ac he came out diagnosed the problem and came back next day and fixed the issue. This company is truly great! The attention to details, response times, and overall job completion are the best in the area. Josh, the owner, is quick to respond and explains everything in detail. Pictures of issues and completed work make everything easy to understand. Finally found a company that understands that quality, transparency, and affordability are what keeps customers and makes a company successful. They excel in all three areas consistently with every job. We have several properties and they have provided the same service consistently and the response times are some of the best of ANY contractor I've done business with.

Can't say enough about Josh and his service. Let me say first that we had a different company come out and wanted to charge $3800 for freon and a new drip pan because it was so rusted. I had told the guy it was a lot of money for that so he dropped the price real quick to $2,400 then again to $1200. I didn't think that was good so we called Josh with AMW COOLING & Heating! Totally different story. Josh is awesome. He found a bad fan motor and replaced it. Our system didn't need freon and it didn't need the drip pan. Josh had great communication and explained everything, showed photos before and after and gave suggestions for a yearly maintenance plan. We will be using him again. Thank you Josh for our cold AC again!! Great pricing!! Trustworthy!

Had Josh out one late evening to see why our ac was not cooling. He diagnosed the issue at hand fastly l. Presented what needed to be done and addressed the issue the next day as he couldn't get the new compressor that day. Highly reccomend . Cost was very reasonable!
